Reports¶
In Reports you see whether planning, attendance, and time off line up - useful after the first planned week and in day-to-day operations.
Access: Administrators and managers only.
Open Reports¶
- Click Reports in the sidebar.
- The dashboard loads with the current filters.
Use Filters¶
At the top of the dashboard, you can use:
- Month
- Week
- Department
Recommended workflow:
- Start with Department if you want to focus on one team.
- Then set Month or Week to narrow the timeframe.
- Most widgets update together immediately.
Note: - Admins can usually switch between departments. - Managers are typically restricted to their own department.
What Is Shown?¶
The dashboard currently includes:

Total hours per employee
Overview of planned hours by person. -
Planning coverage by department
Comparison of expected versus planned hours per department. -
Shifts per person
Detailed table with shift start, shift end, and duration. -
Actual vs planned working hours
Comparison of planned hours and actually worked hours. -
Punctuality and late check-ins
Shows where check-ins are delayed. -
Check-in/check-out compliance
Distribution of complete vs incomplete attendance records. -
Time-off requests - vacation
Vacation requests with date range, status, and decision timestamp. -
Time-off requests - sick / unpaid / other
Other absence types in a separate table.
How To Read These Reports¶
- Use Planning coverage to detect under- or over-planning by department.
- Use Actual vs planned to identify person-level deviations.
- Use Compliance and Punctuality to assess attendance data quality.
- Use Time-off requests to track request status and planning impact.
Practical Tips¶
- Compare the same department across multiple weeks/months.
- If numbers look unexpected, check filters first (month/week/department).
- In tables, you can usually sort by clicking column headers.
FAQ¶
How fresh is the data?¶
Changes to shifts, attendance, and time-off are reflected quickly.
Why do I see fewer rows than someone else?¶
This depends on your role and, if applicable, your department scope.
Are cancelled shifts counted?¶
Cancelled shifts are not treated like active planned shifts in reports.
